About Tawna Renee
Tawna Renee has been practicing yoga for 11 years, and she received her RYT through Yoga Alliance after completing a 200hr YTT course at Be the Change Yoga in 2017. Her focus is on healing work, specifically for individuals with prior injuries or traumas, who have struggled to find a yoga practice or lifestyle that works for them. Tawna’s use of asanas, pranayama, and healing touch, as well as sound and aromatherapy, creates for a truly unique and immersive experience. For the past 5 years she has helped people shift their diets, practices and lifestyles, to more gentle, holistic, and custom-tailored approaches. Tawna believes that healing comes from within, but must be carried throughout all aspects of your life. She provides the tools to make such changes, as well as support when enduring times of detox, recovery, chronic pain and illness, and more. All levels of yogis, and even people who have never practiced yoga, will find that there is a practice or lifestyle she can formulate just for you. Wellness is not a one-size-fits-all deal, it is a process and a journey, and Tawna passionately believes it is her purpose in this life, to help people find their path to an ideal state of being.
